Payouts

Payouts are made on a weekly basis on Wednesdays.  In order to receive payouts from your available balance, you must add a bank account to your account.  You can do this by selecting the Organization tab and clicking on “Bank Account” from the sidebar menu. 

Every Monday, the available balance in your account will be automatically queued for transfer to your bank account.  The amount transferred on Monday will be deposited to your account in two business days (arriving on Wednesday).

In order to reconcile the transactions that have been paid out, export the data for the giving timeframe you would like to reconcile and refer to the Payout Date field on the data export file.  This will allow to you note which transactions are paid out on any given date.
