Getting Started with CheqrPay

We are happy you have chosen CheqrPay as your donation processing partner!  If you have any questions, start here in support.  If you can’t find what you are looking for, feel free to reach out to us.  Here are some tips to get started:

  • Upload a Logo – when you first log in, you will be prompted to upload a logo.  If you prefer to upload a logo later, no worries.  Click on the link to continue to your dashboard.  When you are ready to upload a logo, select your general campaign and look for the circle placeholder to the left of your campaign name.  Click the circle to upload/change your logo.  Including a logo will help to personalize your payment page.

  • Link to your Website – A user should be able to find your donation button/link within 1 second of the page loading. This button/link should be part of the top navigation found in the website’s header. One common best practice is to use a shade of orange or red to highlight this button/link. This choice of color immediately catches the eye.  Once you have a donate button in place, link it to your campaign URL.  To find your URL, click on “QR Code” on your campaign page.

  • Post your QR Code – You can print and post your QR Code where ever you like!  On your business card, at the office front desk, invitations, annual reports and more.  Simply save a copy of your code and paste it into any document you like.  Be sure to test by scanning your code before doing any  batch printing.  The suggested minimum size for print is one inch square.

  • Add a Bank Account – With CheqrPay you will be receiving weekly payouts on Wednesdays.  In order to receive payouts, you must add a bank account.  To do this, click on the Payout Tab.  Alternatively, you can choose the Organization tab and select “Bank Account” on the side bar menu.

  • Get Email Notifications when a donation is made – if you would like to receive an email notification when a donation is made, click on the Organization tab, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your email address in the “Notification Emails” field.
